Can I change my ScanLogo’s color?
Yes. The ScanLogo Maker has preset colors and a custom color picker.
Will my code still work if I change my page?
Yes. NowQR codes made in your dashboard point to your page, so you can change the page without reprinting.
What size should I print?
At least 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide for close use, larger for signs. See the guide.
My code won’t scan.
Make sure it’s large enough, dark on light, with a clear margin, and test it on two phones. If it still fails, contact us.
How do the free months work?
Each new ScanLogo starts with two months free. After that, pay monthly or yearly, or turn it off.
